WE ARE AGILE

There are wine buyers who require millions of litres. And those who only want ten thousand litres. We work with both. Big international corporates and retailers. And smaller more exclusive merchants. What makes us different is our capacity to provide each of these with the wines they want, they specify and they sell. We meet the need they know they have.

WE ARE FLEXIBLE

We aren’t rigidly bound to one, and only one flavour profile. Our growers are diverse enough to allow us the benefit of a swathe of terroir flavour and grape profiles which means we aren’t just a one-trick pony. But crucially we aren’t snobs either. We produce great wine. But we understand that what constitutes great is not the same from place to place. So we are ready to change to meet the need.

WE MAKE THE WINES YOU DEFINE

It’s not ours. It’s yours. We make the wine you define. And we help you towards that definition. We spend time with you. We get to understand you and your market. Then we use our diagnostic flavour/terroir tools to help you get a clear definition of what you are looking for. In the end, the wine you get for your market, is the wine you know (through time and experience) will sell. You get a world-renowned Marlborough wine. With a flavour profile designed for you customer.

WE DON’T NEED TO SEE OUR NAME IN LIGHTS.

Whilst we offer a branding service, we are perfectly happy for you to brand as you see fit. We don’t need to see our name in lights. Rest assured of one thing. The wine you get from us, irrespective of flavour notes is authentic wine from the beautiful and renowned Marlborough region. In fact, we provide you with marketing collateral that allows traceability right back to the farms and vineyards from which the wine has come.

WE’RE ACCOUNTABLE AND TRACEABLE

QR codes allow your buyers to see exactly where the grapes in their wine were grown. To understand the soil and the landscapes of that specific region. Today we are moving towards blockchain Certification which will ensure identity from vine to bottle.

WE ARE OWNED BY OUR GROWERS

What makes us different is that we are owned by our Growers. We aren’t a big corporate in a city far away. We are growers wishing to earn the profits of our labour. What we earn goes back to the vineyard, not the investment company. Our growers know that the quality of the work is at the heart of their success. Their grapes have to meet the cooperative quality profiles, before they come to the winery. Our owners live & work here on the land in Marlborough.
